Christmas Lights Sessions | Downtown Fort Myers

Sometimes I get inspired by a concept and I have to do it right this very second. Which is what happened when I got the idea to do a photo shoot with Christmas light backgrounds! Okay, I did have to wait a few days while I found some willing participants. This awesome family and couple met me on short notice to do these Christmas lights pictures in Downtown Fort Myers. I’m thankful to them for letting me experiment with this photography concept!

We took most of the photos in front of the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center. They have a huge Christmas tree that makes for a great background. Then the couple and I explored and experimented in some other areas, and I love how the blue hour pics at the end turned out!

It’s so magical to be able to capture memories like this during the holiday season! Planning these sessions got me excited about the magic of Christmas in Fort Myers.
